A recent survey of available Audiology Centers has revealed that patients are being made to wait as long as two months before a testing appointment is available. It is our goal to provide timely Audiological testing services and quality treatment and rehabilitation plans for identified hearing disorders. The Washington Audiology Center offers comprehensive Audiological evaluations, which include complete diagnostic hearing testing and treatment and rehabilitation services. The unique feature of this center is that your physician is free to refer patients directly to our service without referring you for otolaryngology services. If you have a need for complete diagnostic hearing evaluations that include full Immittance testing, as well as/or hearing aid evaluations and fittings, please visit our office on K Street, N.W. The Center will also provide services such as the fitting of musician earplugs, sound protector plugs, swim plugs and various other earmold needs. The Washington Audiology Center, which opened in April 2002, provides the above-mentioned services, as well as Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing, Electrocochleography (ECoG) testing, Electronystagmography (ENG) testing. |
